[ns] RTS/CTS Handshaking in 802.11

That's because only the DCF (Distributed control functions) are
implemented in ns-2.....
p.s.: you can easily extend mac-802_11.cc to take into account normal CSMA
(which is the mode where RTS/CTS is not used)...
