[ns] Problem in downloading NS software

Hi,
when I downloaded the allinone.tar.gz file for ns software and tried to
install it by ./install command after unzipping and untaring , I am getting
error in one file of tk and becoz of that it is halting the linking process.
Then I tried to download just tk8.3.2 software seperately and tried to
install it seperately but I am getting the same error.
Can you please guide me what could be the problem and how to fix it ?
