[ns] Problems with ns example simulations

I have installed the 2.1b6 ns release.
In the directory ns-2.1b6/tcl/rtmechanisms there are the scripts for the
paper "Router Mechanisms to Support End-to-End Congestion Control" by Sally
Floyd and Kevin Fall.

All the scripts run correctly, except the script of Section 6:
rtm_reclass.tcl, the only object oriented.
Infact, it generates a lot of errors.
What should I have to do?
