[ns] Mobile nodes don't move in nam

Hi,

If I'm not wrong .. I did run the wireless sample before.
Current Nam do not support wireless-cum-wireless visualisation. You will only
see the mobile nodes that's all. If not wrong, movement of mobile nodes and be
seen but  not packets flow.
