[ns] TCP timeout granuarity?

Hi.

I heard TCP use RTT for calculate RTO(Retransmission Timeout)

and it's granuarity is 500msec or 200msec.

And I wonder TCP's granurity in NS

I want simulate more High Speed Network. if TCP in NS use 500msec, Should I
change this parameter some small value?
