[ns] Re. bandwidth

	The statement $ns duplex link $n0 $n1 1Mb 100ms specifies the 
bandwidth as 1Mb. Does this mean that the bandwidth for uplink and 
downlink is 1Mb or does it mean that the bandwidth of the uplink and 
downlink combined is 1Mb? Thanks a lot,
