[ns] "tcl8.0.4 make failed !" HELP ME !!!

  I downloaded ns-allinone-2.1b6.tar.gz, I read README file in the package, so I used tclPosixStr.patch to replaced tclPosixStr.c. Then I typed "./install" to start. After a while,I was told "tcl8.0.4 make failed !   exiting...". I gived several details for you to help me more easily, These "no" were reported in checking:
  "checking for sin...   (cached)      no"
  "checking for -lieee...   (cached)    no"
  "checking for BSDgettimeofday...   (cachen)   no"
  "checking for -linet...   (cached)    no"
  "checking for net/errno.h...   (cached)   no"
  "checking for sys/filio.h...   (cached)   no"
At last,
  "until:./../generic/tclPosixStr.c:11:unbalanced '#endif'"
  "until:./../generic/tclPosixStr.c:21:unterminated '#if' conditional"
  "make: ***[tclPosixStr.o] Error !"
  "tcl8.0.4 make failed !   exiting..."
