[ns] L_:system loss factor

Dear Users,

Iam using ns-21.b6 version of ns-2. In that there is one configurable 
parameter in the object- Antenna, called L_(system loss factor). I want 
to know whether that is some what related to the packet error probability 
in the lossy link.
