Anyone have source code for ELN?

Hi,

I'm doing a project that uses ns-2 and I want to experiment on TCP using
Explicit Loss Notification (ELN). I was wondering if anyone has any
source code for a TCP agent that includes ELN or any other loss
notification feedback.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
