A problem in building TclCL

I wanted to build ns from source in Windows=A1=AF95. Having built =
Tcl8.0, TK8.0 and Otcl successfully, I met the problem in building =
TclCL. I found the length of three files of embedded-tcl.cc, =
embedded-tk.cc and embeddded-tclobj.cc was 0 byte. I checked the file of =
makefile.win and made sure other pathnames of Tcl/TK and Otcl correct. =
Now I can=A1=AFt go on for this problem, so I expect you can help me to =
overcome this problem.
