New release for NS-2 mobility support

Folks,

We have released another version of our mobility support code
for NS-2.  The previous version had some bugs in broadcast
support, and with traced output.  The new versions are available
at:
	http://www.svrloc.org/~charliep/mobins2/download/

If anyone has comments on use of this code, please let us know.
We're evaluating what improvements to make next.
