need help-I can't install ns-allinone successfully

Hi,everyone,
I tried to install it in RedHat5.1. And I got snapshots of ns and Tcl.
But problem still exited.

check for libtcldbg  no Tcldebug

../tkbox there is no such directory.

How can I do?
