Link failures

Hi,


I would like to simulate link failures such that queued packets continue
to be
queued.  (They are transmitted when the link comes `up'.) Can this be
done without
additional code in ns ?

It appears that in link failures (verified by simulations/animation
results) represented by RTMODEL-AT (down/up) all queued packets are
dropped when the link goes down.  Further, all packets that arrive
during the down period are also dropped.
