NAM-no display

HI

NAM is not openning a window.  i also ran it on command line  with ex/*nam, it would not open a window with any of the trace files (*.nam). when i do "ps" i see a process "nam", but no disaply. I have the following versions NS-2.b13 (new package with mobility by CHARLES PERKINS)and NAM-1.oa5 on OS: HP-UX-10.20.  The problem is not with $DISPLAY, it is set correctly.   Can some body help me quick please. I spend lot of time for installation itself.

There were no warning messages during compilation. when running ./configure it  said

can't find library for  -lXbsd, -lsocket, -lnsl and  -ldnet_stub

whats the effect of this.
