Hi all,
yes, I'm working on the open bug list and many can change their status. I'll post it as soon as it's complete.
About the next release, in the next months I should have a little more time, so I should be able to help with the 3.14 release. Unfortunately my duties are very unpredictable so I can't take the burden to be the release manager but I'll do my best to assist.
Cheers,
Tommaso

I've updated a wiki page dedicated to ns-3.14 release work:

If there is anyone interested in serving as release manager or assisting
as part of a team, please let me know.
From my perspective, I am most interested in closing the "Pending" new
feature requests and trying to close all of the "Simulation core" bugs
listed on that page. I listed some names next to those bugs and will
try to work with those maintainers to see if we can complete these in
the next three months.
I also started a list of bugs that people may be working on related to
bugs in the models themselves. As I become aware of things people are
working on for this release cycle, I'll post them there, or feel free to
update it yourself.
Tommaso previously voiced support for cleaning up the tracker. That
would be welcome, and we could do a better job of clarifying whether
someone is taking a bug and committing to fix it, or is just a default
assignee. Perhaps we could default to assigning all NEW bugs to
ns-bugs at isi.edu, and only assign to a person (changing state to
ASSIGNED) if that person is committing to trying to close the bug.
