[Ns-developers] Bug 1261 - Packet::CopyData ( *buffer, size) return a bad value sometimes when size == Packet::GetSize ()

This is a duplicate of 1001 for which there is already a patch but a
testcase if missing. Can you attach a self-contained testcase for
buffer-test-suite.cc so that we can validate the patch and push this ?
