Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked/answered before, but couldn't find
anything on this; ns-3 generated packets in pcap traces and items in
ascii traces have value for Window field always set to 65535, instead
of realistic value?

I'm trying to compensate for the lack of callback-based tracing in
Python bindings for my teaching purposes; if this worked, I could
extract time and cwnd size from the trace.
