Hello

I'm working in geographic routing for VANET and I've almost finished 
GPSR routing protocol (and on the way to finish RLS location service).
I want to insert a layer between the transport and L3 protocol, because 
all my packets need a header attached to it. I wanted to know what do I 
have to do to make that possible.
