[Ns-developers] Agent J implementation

Hi Ashima, I already have this implemented, and I'm able to run Java
applications on the ns-3 simulator. It would be a waste of effort if you
were to start again :) It's a lightweight interface, but can be expanded. If
you want, we can collaborate on getting the bugs worked out of it and such.
