Yes I noticed that you recently pushed many modifications to address my 
latest review. Thanks for the good work!

Before merge I think we need the following:
1) at least one final review of the code
2) valgrind tests
3) a repository with a clean history

At CTTC we are willing to help for 1) and 2), but this would require 
that 3) is done first. This because otherwise cleaning the history and 
preserving the proper attribution of changeset attribution would be more 
complicated. So, Giuseppe, could you please provide an lte repository 
with a clean history as soon as possible? If for any reason you can't do 
it, I will do it myself, but in this case I will do it in the easiest 
possible way (one big changeset with all your code), which maybe is not 
what you would like to have.

As for the schedule for the merge, my personal feeling is that it should 
be feasible to merge for ns-3.10.

Thanks for volunteering, it is very good to have the original author of 
the code as maintainer! I would also like to volounteer for sharing the 
maintainership.
