Note that the ssfnet tests were not done by the authors of the 1996 
paper.  Those authors did all of their work in ns-2.  You can find those 
tests in the ns-2 test suite.

Please note that we do not have a Sack implementation at present.  If 
someone wanted to contribute Sack along with tests as part of this 
validation project, I would approve of that.
