[Ns-developers] TCP Validation project in Google Summer of Code

Sir,
Thank you for providing detailed information about the project.
I have gone through the references provided by you earlier (
http://mailman.isi.edu/pipermail/ns-developers/2010-March/007593.html)
and have run a few simulations based on them, but in the lists of TCP tests
(http://www.ssfnet.org/Exchange/tcp/tcpTestPage.html#validationrules)
I did not find the tests related to sack TCP though it was mentioned in the
1996 published paper.
So I think we should include tests for Sack TCP also apart form testing the
Tahoe and Reno TCP implementations in the test suite for ns3.

I would like to describe the details about the tests and other things in my
project proposal that is why I am not going into details here.
I request you to provide me information about, to whom shall I send the
proposal.
