[Ns-developers] GSoC TCP Congestion Avoidance

Hi!

I've submitted the draft of my application to GSoC site, but I have some
questions.
It's many common things in testing from *TCP Validation* and *TCP Congestion
Avoidance *proposals. So I haven't got any clue what part should be done as
*TCP Congestion Avoidance *project*.
*And I don't know how many details of implementation I have to write and how
deep should it be*. *May you point out what thing should be described more
clearly?*
