Hi Glenn, I just pulled the latest ns-3-dev (changeset: 
6163:cdabef59da08) and found that all of the tests are passing.  Since 
you seem to be getting pcap traces with other packets in them, it seems 
like maybe something is not working with your traffic generation, but I 
can't offhand think of changes to that portion of the codebase that 
might cause this problem.

If you can provide a complete testcase or example program that exhibits 
different behavior between the two ns-3 versions, and identify what is 
the version you are using (if a released version, the version number; if 
from ns-3-dev, the output from "hg tip"), then we can try to pinpoint 
the problem.
