If you are switching to Trac (which I don't quite like since it's a real CPU and
memory hog, but anyway), there's a bugzilla to trac migration script here :
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracImport
This way you'll keep the history and the bug numbers, and I guess that with a
little bit of url rewriting magic you would even be able to get the bugzilla
urls to redirect to the corresponding trac urls.
