I'm a graduate student from Ukraine.
My master's work in the University is related to study of TCP behaviour,
esp. under congestion conditions
I study it by creating simulations in ns3 and I would like to
participate in Google Summer of Code
implementing TCP Congestion avoidance variants 'cause it really fits my
study and it's purposes.
I've got good pure-C and a little C++ programming experience.
So I wonder if I may be suitable and what to do next.
Are there any live interviews going to take place in IRC channel?
