Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't tracking that closely and misread the
status. I just marked the above set of issues more clearly on the ns-3.9
wiki. If anyone has any closing comments on issue 871: Bring rate
representation in line with IEEE 802.11
(http://codereview.appspot.com/986041/show), please provide to Dean and
Nicola so that it can unblock the rest of the issues.
