[Ns-developers] move PucketBurst in common/

Hi,

I move PucketBurst defined for WiMAX module
in src/common/  folder. Probably I haven't any access to the main tree of
ns-3..

This is the output of my shell:

Josh, the reason is that I haven't a permission to access to
the repos/ns-3-dev ?
