[Ns-developers] Cygwin 1.7 complilation errors

Hi Developers,

Two questions:

1 - As explained in NS Wiki, I must provide a documentation like
"Agent/SRM" along with PUMA protocol, but in which format? Latex?
HTML? Word DOC? Is there a template file?

I'm trying to help people here with these efforts:

First I would like to integrate PUMA protocol in NS-2 and NS-3;
Recently I post new DCCP patches (for NS-2.34 and NS-2.35) to
developers list and to Wiki. This is a path to also integrate DCCP in
NS-2 and NS-3;
Finally I can also update the MAODV code to NS-2.35 and NS-3 in a near future.

2 - But I'm facing a (common) problem and maybe you might help me. At
this moment there's no Cygwin version able to compile the available
NS-2 versions. Even "Legacy" Setup doesn't work with NS-2.33 or
NS-2.34 anymore.

Can anybody please pack a functional Cygwin distribution (setup.exe
and source files) and put it on a site to download?

Thanks in advance,
