[Ns-developers] ns-3.10 release candidate posted

I've posted the second release candidate for ns-3.10 release which is
scheduled for January 5, 2011. This release candidate represents
the planned code freeze; unless serious new issues are found, we
do not plan to update the code until after the release.

The release candidate is available at:

Thanks to Bryan and Mathieu's efforts, we've ported the ns-3 manual
to Sphinx.  We're working to finish the other documents (tutorial
and testing) by Monday, as well as updating the existing manual.
Current versions of the manual can be browsed at:

and the source is in the doc/manual directory.

The schedule is as follows:
- January 3: Release Candidate 3 (RC3)
- January 5: release of ns-3.10

You can help by downloading this release candidate, testing that it is
behaving as expected on your platform, and filing a bug if you find a
new issue.  I'll also accept documentation patches up until January 3.
