I would like to get it done asap. i.e., before jan 15th at least. If
you can't or/and if you need further help, I will allocate time to
make sure it happens on time.

No. The first step is to do the format conversion. Other changes can
happen later.

For the images, make sure you include them with the 'foo.*' syntax and
copy the .png/pdf files from ns-3-dev/doc/manual/figures (they are
generated after you type "make" in ns-3-dev/doc/manual)
