Hi all,
ns-3.9-RC2 is now available for download:
[http://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-allinone-3.9-RC2.tar.bz2] or through
mercurial (ns-3.9-RC2 and ns-3.9-RC2-ref-traces). Please download and
test if you have time. This version seems very stable and may end up
being repackaged as the final release.
