[Ns-developers] GSoC - LTE module update

Dear all,

I finished the implementation of all the functionality proposed for GSoC
2010.

Several examples (see files in example/lte folder) and test suites (see test
suites in src/device/lte/ or run ./test.phy) have been developed to show the
effectiveness of the implemented module.

The follows new aspects have been addressed:
- fixed all the comments of the Nicola's review (including modifications on
spectrum model and interaction among MAC, RRC and RLC);
- fixed coding style with the check-style.py tool
- improved the doxygen documentation
