[Ns-developers] ns-3-click: GSoC Presentation

Hello everyone,

First of all, thanks to the ns-3 team for giving me this wonderful
opportunity!

I am Lalith Suresh, an undergraduate student pursuing his B.Tech in Computer
Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India.
I'm barely two weeks away from graduation, with only my final year project
presentation/evaluation remaining. My next destination is Europe, as I've
been accepted into the European Masters in Distributed Computing programme
(under the Erasmus Mundus category). My study track involves being in IST,
Portugal for the first year; KTH, Sweden during my 3rd semester and finally
having my Master’s Thesis evaluated from IST, Portugal. Classes begin in
September.

I've been lightly involved with ns-3 over the past few months. I've fixed a
few trivial bugs and also contributed HNA support for OLSR. My GSoC 2010
project aims to integrate the Click Modular Router with ns-3. This will
bring the flexibility provided by Click to ns-3, thus enabling rapid
protocol development and testing. Ruben Merz is my mentor.

I have attached with this mail my full proposal and a presentation on
ns-3-click. Do give me your reviews and feedbacks. :)
