[Ns-developers] ns-3.8 Release Candidate 2

Hi all,

Release candidate 2 for ns-3.8 has been posted.  The ns-3-allinone
version of this release candidate can be downloaded as a compressed
(.tar.bz2) [http://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-allinone-3.8-RC2.tar.bz2].
 Alternatively, you can use mercurial to clone ns-3-allinone or
ns-3.8-RC2 and ns-3.8-RC2-ref-traces.  A few patches slipped in after
RC1, so this isn't just a repackaged RC1.  We need more testing,
including cygwin and mingw builds!  The remaining schedule for ns-3.8
is:

 April 25 -- ns-3.8-RC2
 April 28 -- ns-3.8-RC3
 May 1 -- ns-3.8-RC4
 May 3 -- ns-3.8 posted
