[Ns-developers] ns-3.8 status

Hello all,

Thanks to all of your hard work, ns-3-dev is back in a good state
where the builds and tests are passing.  I really appreciate
everyone's help!  I plan to wrap up, test, and post release candidate
1 later (hopefully sometime between 0200 and 0400 UTC).  I will send
out an email with more details at that time.  A new bug has been
promoted to P2 (bug 879), and we will accept patches for inclusion in
ns-3.8 if anyone wishes to take that one on.
