I've already incorporated the loopback device changes suggested by
Mathieu, and Faker's review comments. My plan is to finish the merge of
Faker's bug-557 code, fix a Python bindings issue I found, and do a
little more cleanup and doxygen before merge. Hopefully these things
can all be fixed by Tuesday or Wednesday.

It would be nice to try to deal with the tag rework issue since I see a
lot of interest in using tags.

We have a lot of contributed code in the review cycle. If anyone would
like to push for finishing off their reviews and try to merge this
month, please remind us of it.
