Hi folks,

Much like last year, starting next week and running throughout the
summer, we'd like to begin a weekly IRC chat.  Last summer this was
very successful in bringing people together and establishing even more
communication than just the mailing list.  The chat will include
regular GSoC updates & status, but will be open for everyone as a
period for all of the ns-3 developers to get together on a regular
basis and discuss their efforts.

To help schedule that, we've posted a poll at [1].  Anyone interested
in regularly joining the discussion should feel free to post their
preferences on the poll.  Note that you should select your timezone
from the drop box first if it is not set automatically; we are
explicitly trying to juggle times as best as possible to support
ns-3's wide swath of contributors from the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Also, ignore the dates and instead select when you will be generally
available throughout the summer.
