Well, that is really the point: increasing social pressure.

It would be nice to solve a real problem than try to solve a potential
problem. i.e., if someone complains about too many buildbot emails on
ns-developers, then, we can fix this easily and move them somewhere
else. If someone does not notice them, it's harder to fix.
