[Ns-developers] ns-3.4 regression - RC3 postponed

Like the subject says, the overnight tests confirmed the regression
failure I was seeing.  ns-3.4 RC3 is postponed until we figure out
this issue and get things building on darwin-ppc again.  I am hopeful
we get it sorted out today.  Stay tuned.
