[Ns-developers] New wifi helper and MSDU aggregation

Hi all,

i have extended WifiHelper in order to make easy setting of some
attributes like Msdu aggregators for 802.11n stas and edca parameters
(minCw, maxCw, Aifsn) for 802.11e/n stas.

I have also made some changes to code's style as Mathieu requested.

Clearly i have modified all (i hope :)) wifi examples in order to use
new helpers.

I think that about MSDU aggregation it's all. Currently i'm working on
Block ack mechanism. I hope that within three week i'll publish some code.
