Hi Shaowei,

My initial impression, especially given the discussion last week, is
that you're trying to morph the Click topic to support work on P2P,
which is really not the intent. I believe there will be sufficient
work involved in porting Click to make this project challenging
without trying to additionally incorporate more focus on P2P work.
While large scale P2P simulation and protocols are of interest to the
group, they don't fit well with this topic.

Beyond that, and for anyone else following along, a truly well
developed application will incorporate some notion of the technical
approach required. Noting that a module will be developed to connect
Click and ns-3 really does nothing more than restate the very basic
project idea. A very solid proposal in this area will outline some
key components in ns-3 and Click, identify what has to be connected
where, and some idea on how that might be done. All of us are very
willing to work on the list to develop those ideas, but the applicants
really need to start and drive that discussion and show that they are
engaged and thinking about how they will implement the project. That
kind of plan is also critical for developing a realistic, feasible
development plan that has more meaning than arbitrarily and
unrealistically allocating weeks to high level goals.

Thx!
