[Ns-developers] [Idea] How about implementing a P2P protocol such as kademlia? Re: Google Summer of Code 2009

Hi,
    Does that mean this idea is not so interested by mentors?  How can I know whether a new proposed idea attracts mentors' attention? How can I know the detail aspects our mentors intrest in?
