Hi,
I am wondering what is the preferred way of linking other libraries such
as GNU Scientific Library (GSL) http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/ in
ns-3?
I encountered a case in which I need more math tools than standard
functions defined in math.h. In particular, I try to implement
theoretical 802.11b CCK symbol error probabilities defined in equation
(18) and (17) of paper by Pursley and Royster: "Properties and
Performance of the IEEE 802.11b Complementary-Code-Key Signal Sets",
IEEE Transactions on Communications, vol, 57, No.2, Feb. 2009. To
evaluate these equation numerically, more advanced math library such as
GSL becomes handy.
What will be the ns-3 policy for linking non-standard library such as
GSL?
I really appreciate your help and comments,
Thanks,
Gary
