I reviewed this again and have a few comments, which I discussed with Craig:

- try to provide the trace source that George wanted for the NetAnim 
animator
- look at bug 505; see if it is resolved
- update CHANGES.html before the RC

Otherwise, it seems ready to me.

Regarding this part, I've asked Craig to also try to address bug 520 (a 
P2 bug) before the RC.  Several users including myself are blocked by this.
