Hajime,

My goal is to support this entire combination that you cite ([1]-[4]), 
and support quagga via the process API under development in [2].  My 
understanding of the status of this is that the loader in [2] must be 
finished, and then the netlink extensions begun in [1] must next be 
completed.

Presently, my main focus in March will be the ipv4 rework and also then 
the IPv6 merge [3].  Then, once item [2] is finished, I will prioritize 
finishing [1].

I will try to review this later this week.  Perhaps you can also review 
the proposed IPv4 rework (planned for ns-3.5) when the time comes later 
this month?
