[Ns-developers] how to get involved in ns-3

i am  new to ns 2/ ns3 . i want to get to the development side of ns-3. i
have good knowledge and implementations skills in c++ and python.

could you please tell me where to start. if there is some detailed resource
for new developers please send me the link.
