Regarding TCP bugs, I think 424 and 426 involve too much change (and in 
424's case, an API change) to make this release cycle-- notes are in the 
tracker.  I pushed fixes to 427 and 613 just now, and Craig has pushed 
579 and 559 (again).

That's all I plan to do with bugs for this release unless issues arise.
