Mathieu,
I took a pass through the Ipv4 code and tried to list what I think are
all of the current Ipv4 issues related to the routing and addressing code:
http://www.nsnam.org/wiki/index.php/IPv4_cleanup
I filed the more prominent bugs in the tracker (591, 592) which should
probably get dealt with for ns-3.5. For the two bugs filed last week
(587, 588) I created a new repo:
http://code.nsnam.org/tomh/ns-3-dev-routing
that fixes both of these, I believe, and also adds your previous patch
to remove some static routing dependencies in the code. I think this
repo should be OK to push to ns-3-dev.
Many of the other issues on that wiki page can slip to the next release,
IMO.
I think the other main area to focus on for this release is to decide
whether to come up with some (revised) helper API for the routing code
(which we talked about in a private email), or decide to push it to next
release.
Tom
