[Ns-developers] buildbot failure in NsNam on cygwin-g++

Sorry about this.  I forgot to mention that "./waf check" changed to "./waf
--check" (to reflect the fact that unit tests are an addition to the normal
build, not an alternative command).  Automated testing scripts need to be
updated accordingly.
